Specific Aims

   1.     Generate epithelial cell line transfectants

   2.    Establish cell lines of IL-10/Tr1 cells from CCR9+ populations from normal subjects, patients with ulcerative colitis and patients with Crohn’s disease and test responses to dominant intestinal antigens.
